Hotel policies
Everything below is what the hotel enforces at the desk. If anything here has changed, the front desk is the authority.
Reservations
One room night plus tax is charged as an advance deposit with a valid card at the time of reservation. The advance deposit is subject to change based on rate type and blackout dates.
- Check-in after 3PM. Check-out by 11AM.
- You must be 21 or over to book a room.
- A valid driver’s license or passport is required at check-in.
- A single king room holds a maximum of 2 guests. Two queen beds hold a maximum of 4.
- Hotel amenities are for registered guests only.
- We do not accept semi-trucks or trailers.
Credit cards
The card used to book must be presented in person at check-in with a matching driver’s license or passport. Virtual cards are not accepted, and neither is third-party billing.
Cancellation
A reservation may be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours before 3PM on the arrival date. Cancelling later results in a fee equal to the first night’s room and tax. Same-day reservations, and any booked inside the 72-hour window, are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit all deposits.
Special events
Reservations made for events at Hard Rock Stadium, including games, the Orange Bowl, concerts, the Miami Open, Formula 1 and Jazz in the Gardens, carry non-refundable advance payment, cancellation restrictions and minimum stay requirements.
- Orange Bowl: non-refundable first night room and tax charged at booking. No cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
- Formula 1: non-refundable first night room and tax at booking, full non-refundable payment 90 days before arrival, no cancellations within 90 days.
Hospitality fee
$16.95 per night, collected at check-in. It covers continental breakfast, Wi-Fi access, mini golf, the basketball court, pool access, the room safe, parking and security.
Room deposit
A refundable hold of $100 to $150 is taken at check-in. It is returned at checkout provided there has been no smoking, no pets and no damage.
Pets
This is a pet-free property. Service animals trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome. Emotional support and comfort animals are not service animals under the ADA and cannot be accommodated.
Smoking
Stadium Hotel is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted in the room, on the balcony or at the pool. Evidence of smoking or smoke odour results in smoke and damage fees.
Early arrival and late departure
Tell us in advance and we will try to arrange an early check-in, which may carry a fee. If the room is not ready we will store your luggage. Late check-out is not available, and checking out past the designated time may be charged as an additional night.
Accessibility
ADA mobility rooms are available with two queen beds and either a roll-in shower or a tub with grab bars. ADA accessible parking is on site. Call 305.621.5801 to book an accessible room or to ask about a specific requirement.
